So glad you are finally coming home. Have a safe trip home. Will miss your blogs. Want to thank you for your pictures and comments on the war. It really gave us a totally different picture of the war in Iraq. God bless you always. Hans and Faye van Damme hfv97502@charter.net Central Point OR
Great news; let me know when I can tap the keg (....I also have some other beer for you....)! Really proud of the work you and the rest of our best have done over there this past year. Thanks for taking us all along. Happy trails, Uncle Petee
I'm a soldier in the Army National Guard currently serving a 12 month tour in Iraq. I am 24 and am going on my fifth year at the university where I study economics and philosophy. This blog is intended to be a collection of thoughts and experiences from my first preparation for deployment to the day I eventually return home. My ramblings in no way represent the official views of the State Department, Department of Defense, or of any other US soldiers. (Fingers crossed that this disclaimer wards off any future court martials)
